President Smt. Droupadi Murmu visited the newly constructed Chief Minister’s residence in Sector 24, Nava Raipur, on October 26. Upon her arrival, she received a traditional welcome from Governor Ramen Deka, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, First Lady of the State Smt. Rani Deka Kakoti, Chief Minister’s wife Smt. Kaushalya Devi Sai, and other family members.
During her visit, President Smt. Murmu enjoyed a warm interaction with the Chief Minister’s family, followed by a group photo session with everyone present.
She extended blessings to the children and presented them with books from the Rashtrapati Bhawan and chocolates. In her honour, Chief Minister Sai hosted a luncheon at his residence.
